Will not be back.

Location was good. Views over the Mar Menor are unbelievable.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Only tried on the first day, did not return again. 3 lifts only for so many guests. Wi-Fi, though free, kept dropping out or was simply not available. Beds are tiny doubles and very uncomfortable. The pillow is one very long pillow, though we were 2 guests. Very strange. Overall appearance of hotel is dated, decaying and needs some serious money spent to bring it up to date. Hotel attracts older Spanish clientele.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but hotel can do with a makeover.

The location is great, and the food was so fresh and delicious.

This hotel meet my expectations for a brief stay, recommend for family with small kids

Given that it is a huge hotel, they managed the breakfast buffet well, with several buffet stations. It is a bit dated with a 1980s feel but everything in the room was functional and clean. It is a very family-oriented 3 star hotel, geared up for kids and primarily catering for Spanish Holidaymakers. It has direct access to the Mar Menor lagoon, which is great for small kids but too shallow and warm for swimming, best to cross to the Mediterranean side beaches for swimming etc.

Be warned parking is a zoo and highly competitive around the hotel which is situated back off the main road. I was lucky in that I found a spot on a nearby side road. Let's say the furniture and finish are utilitarian, this is a simple hotel with no affectations!

OK for a cheap stopover.

Location was good. Rate was good.

The swimming pool had black mould in most areas and had hair floating in it. So not sure if the filter was working and it definitely needed chlorine.

Nice hotel with a lovely pool. Large room, bathroom and balcony.

There was plenty parking, the hotel in general was good, right next to the lagoon.

We booked a twin room and got a double. I was with my mother. We checked in very late in the night and was on the 8th floor so didn’t go back to reception to change rooms. The room decor is a bit dated and tired.

Overall, the hotel is nice. Small shortcomings exist everywhere.

1. The food was nice. 2. The view is breathtaking. 3. All facilities are close to each other. 4. Close to shops and restaurants. 5. Big pool and a nice selection of beaches. 6. Great and helpful Reception staff except one person. 7. Kids disco is nice.

1. Absolutely no vegies at the breakfast. 2. Neighbors complained that we made noise, but we were just talking and nothing else. I think that the walls are very thin. 3. Receptionist Antonio can be nicer. Whenever he is asked about something, the answer is "No" unless you ask several times. For example, he gave me 50 cent coins for Billiards which are not accepted, I doubt that he does not know about this. 4. Even though Animation team are working hard, their evening entertainment is a kindergarten level, absolutely amateur. We have been to many other hotels around the world and this is one of the worst animations.

Overall a good stay, nice view of the sea from the room and good food!

Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating Reception staff! The salads on the buffet are nice and fresh and the desserts are delicious!

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation! It has a great potential as it was nearly at 100% occupancy every day but everything is very old; bedroom furniture, curtains , bathroom (especially hair dryer!) all needs a refresh! The pool didn't feel very clean, and we didn't like the fact that the hotel was was full of sometimes 'screaming' children :( this should be mentioned to customers during the booking process to be able to make a wiser choice! Dinner time should also start much earlier from 19:00hrs as not everyone can have dinner so late and it would help ease the long queues! Actual dinner choices were very limited and mainly catered to kids (i.e nuggets, spaghetti, burgers) We expected to see more Spanish dishes such as paellas, meats etc.
